Filling Defects In Wood With Epoxy

Using Epoxy Filler

Some boards are perfect on one side but have some defects on the back side.

Let's use a table top as an example. The top surface has to look really good. On the bottom you can get away with some defects.

But it is not a good idea to leave those defects as gaping holes or cracks.

If you fill them in and sand the surface flush no one will usually mind.

This is the perfect place to use epoxy as a filler.
