I’m making a mock-up of a Roubo this way (only 4ft long) to test my novice little self and joinery . Total spent is about $70, a good chunk of which was for the veneer press I’m using for the mechanics of the wagon vise.

Why do people have to be so negative about other people’s accomplishments? If we all just go out and buy crap instead of learning how to build things eventually everything will just be crap because there will be no craftsmanship left. This is a nice bench for woodworkers who want to build a proper woodworking bench without breaking the bank. I like it.
