Have You Tried Frog Tape Yet ?

It has a patented coating that is supposed to block paint from bleeding under the tape, thus giving you a real nice clean edge when the tape is removed.

There are two different Frog tapes the green one and yellow which has a lighter adhesion for freshly painted surfaces.
