You Never Have Enough Clamps – A Variety Of Clamps

In building this all wood C clamp You Get To practice a great technique for laminating a curved member.

In the video they just soak the wood in water, but you'll find if you steam the wood it word well too and you don't have to wait as long for the wood to soak up the water

The pieces will spring back a little after they dry and after they are glued in the shape you want there is very little spring back.

It's a lot easier gluing these pre bent shapes together.

You don't have to use a wooden thread, you could use 1/2″ all threat and mortise a nut into the wood C of the clamp.
